The test studio at management tools has all equipment necessary to conduct focus groups and in-depth interviews.
In the four rooms of the test studio, up to four in-depth interviews and two focus groups can be held simultaneously. As focus groups with consumers tend to last till late in the evening, our central location, the high awareness and reputation of the location are important factors for participation. If it should get too late for our observing customers to travel home, there are five hotels of different price categories in direct proximity. Of course, we will gladly help with the reservation.
We have many years of experience in organising qualitative studies and we can meet almost any requirement. In every room, there are flip charts and pin boards. The video transmission and the recording capacities are state-of-the-art. A messenger system (laptops) allows you to get in touch with the moderator in a discrete manner during the interviews of the focus groups. Simultaneous translation in French, English, Italian or Spanish is standard – of course we also have got the technical facilities for this.
The studio is close to Zurich's central station (5 minutes walk), features modern technical infrastructure (beamer, air-conditioning, internet access, 360-degree-camera with DVD/video recording etc.), has a pleasant atmosphere and allows the use of different rooms. Therefore, it offers many options for a professional conducting of your qualitative research.
